My initial training in ceramics was with the Beaumaris Art Group on a part time basis. Additional experience was gained at Potter's Cottage, Warrandyte and by attending numerous pottery workshops and seminars given by leading Australian and International ceramicists.
In 1986 I completed an Associate Diploma in Ceramic Design at Chisholm Institute of Technology.
I have exhibited over a period of years with:
- The Victorian Ceramics Group
- The Victorian Arts and Crafts Society
- Potter's Cottage, Warrandyte
- Bridge Gallery, Warrandyte
- Post Office Gallery, Red Hill
I have taught pottery at Beaumaris Art Group for many years and teach sculpture and hand-building techniques at Hampton Community Centre.
Started painting at Beaumaris Art Group in 2001. Won the Class Award in the Beaumaris Art Group's Members Exhibition in 2003, and was commended in the same category in 2004.
